DECA Department
Prerequisite(s): None
DECA is a co-curricular program for students interested in business, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Students develop leadership skills and real-world experience through competition, collaboration, and applied learning.
- Students may participate in DECA by enrolling in the Marketing course or by committing to regular involvement outside of class (before school and/or during office hours) Please note that enrollment in the Marketing course does not require DECA participation
- Prepare for and compete in DECA events focused on business, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship
- Develop skills in public speaking, problem-solving, and professional presentation
- Engage in team collaboration and project-based learning experiences
- Gain real-world application of business concepts and leadership development opportunities
