Each of us is beautifully and wonderfully made. Throughout the semester students will participate in individual and group activities designed to enhance their understanding of how their own body works:
- nutrition,
- mental health,
- injuries and
- addiction.
Students will leave with an appreciation of the miraculous design of the human body as well as how to best make it work to its fullest potential.
