Take your drumming to the next level with Percussion Ensemble! This is an engaging, hands-on performance group designed to develop precision, versatility, and musicality across a wide range of percussion instruments while simultaneously building school pride and community. This group combines with Symphonic band for some musical selections and travels abroad and domestically. Students should have at least two years of experience in a band program or private lessons prior to joining. 

• Commitments include evening concerts, Pep band games for football and basketball 
• Learn diverse techniques with a drum line, traditional concert music and percussion pieces. 
• Performances at games, concerts, special events, and competitions 
• Rehearsals, sectionals, and dress rehearsals outside of class may be required. Little traditional homework. 
• Additional Class Expenses: Concert attire consisting of all black and t-shirt for drum line
